Sophie paints large scale artworks that are a focal point for businesses and commercial spaces. She will paint multi-storey exterior walls and interior surfaces for retail stores, businesses, offices and co-working spaces. Her designs help your brand stand out and improve the customer experience.

ORIGINAL HAND-PAINTED CANVAS OR VINYL DESIGN
License the artwork for extended use in your branding, such as prints, paintings, website content and designs for vinyl.
Sophie doesn’t only paint walls. Her designs are applied to canvas too. Mural designs can be extended to original hand painted canvases, which bring the design and style through into other rooms or areas of a venue.
If you’re wanting to improve the interior aesthetics of a co-working space or office, Sophie’s designs can also be created for vinyl application to window spaces, to create a seamless look throughout, that aligns with your company culture.
CONSULTATION PROCESS
Sophie follows a collaborative and structured process which balances her creativity with your goals. The initial conversation will help Sophie to understand your vision and the function of the mural, canvas painting, or digital design. E.g. decoration, brand identity, target audience, colour preferences.
Sophie will either do a site visit or request a video call and photographs, to take in the surroundings, accessibility and to check the surface type and take exact measurements if these have not already been provided.
DESIGN PROCESS
Sophie will research the theme or business and create a digital design on Procreate, which will be rendered over a photo of the wall to show placement and scale.
The client is then sent the design for any feedback or to sign off. There are two rounds of amendments included in the fee. Any following revision requests are charged at £40 an hour.
Sophie specialises in designs which focus on abstracting forms of organic shapes. Her designs often incorporate botanical elements, overlapping. She also works with more abstract shapes and marks - her process is an intuitive one where she plays with shapes, colour and composition until a sweet balance is achieved.
TRUSTED AND INSURED TO WORK IN MANY ENVIRONMENTS
Sophie is trusted to work inside private clients homes, doing interior murals (friendly pets welcome) and also in busy work places, such as schools, and can be involved in site inductions. She has Public Liability Insurance. She is accustomed to students and the public watching her paint and is focused and efficient in any working environment. This includes building sites and commercial spaces underdevelopment, working safely alongside electricians and other tradespeople. Navigating trip hazards, loud noise, scaffolding or long ladders, for those hard to reach spots, or outside in the wind – her steady hand and balance are skills put to good use.
We can co-ordinate painting schedules to work alongside construction timelines.
We source materials, liaise with contractors or site managers and can manage assistants on bigger jobs when needed.
Workshops and Community Projects
Sophie has years of experience facilitating creative workshops with all ages, including community engagement sessions that encourage people to be part of the creative process. Sometimes this is involving people in the painting itself. Other times it’s to listen and work with others to generate ideas together that represent a community of people or the values of a place.
She works with City Councils in urban revitalisation projects that transform neglected areas and high street facades into welcoming, vibrant spaces.
